Orzo with Broccoli

2 cups chicken stock (I like Kitchen Basics)1 cup whole milk1 cup dried orzo pasta1 cup broccoli florets (with some stem)1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cut fresh broccoli into very small florets and slice the stems.
Bring the stock and milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Add orzo and cook 8 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook about another 4 to 5 minutes. Turn heat to low and had Parmesan cheese and mix until cheese is melted and broccoli is tender but still has a bite and pasta is al dente.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, about 2/3 cup each
