27 grams Smithfield mesquite smoked pork loin roast 2 cup Hot water 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray
Use the sauté function and set to 4 minutes. When hot, sparky pot with cooking spray and sear the roast for about two minutes on each side. When done remove roast and add water to pot. Stir with a wooden spoon to break up and brown bits. Place trivet on bottom on pot with the roast on top. Put on the lid and set to sealing. Press the pressure cook button and set time to 30 minutes. When time is up, allow the instant pot to sit for 10 minutes to do a natural pressure release. When time has elapsed, use the end of a wooden spoon to release any remaining pressure. Turn off pot by pressing cancel. Remove lid and put roast on a platter. Slice the roast.
