8 oz Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup Beans, red kidney .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup .25 cup Yellow Mustard 4 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)

heat oven 325
cook meat and onion together
place all other ingredients together then cook for 35 min
