0.4 oz Flat Iron Steak 0.25 tsp Kosher salt 1 tsp Great Value Worcestershire sauce 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
Add water to 1/2 line of internal pot of instant pot. Use Sous vide setting and set to 140 degrees for medium doneness. Season steak with salt ad Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder,then place in a zip lock bag. Close bag, but leave a corner open and slowly place in water bath Make sure everything below zip line is covered by water and push air out, the seal bag the rest of the way. (This is called water displacement method). Leave the sealed bag in the water bath. Make sure it is fully submerged. If it floats up, put a trivet on top. Put lid on and set for 2 hours. When done, remove bag from water bath to an ice bath or refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Remove steak from bag and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with more salt and Worcestershire sauce if necessary. Use a cast iron skillet or heavy skillet on medium high heat. Add olive oil and sear on both sides for 1 minute per side. Slice against the grain and enjoy
