Ingredients
4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 0.5 fruit without refuse Mangos 1 small (3" long) Scallions, raw 1 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing 0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 4 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad) 6 cherry Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Thaw and cook chicken. Allow to cool and dice. Mix with mango, chopped scallion, miracle whip and ginger. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes
