Ingredients
6 oz Dole Pineapple Juice 100% juice 16 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 4 fl. oz Sherry, dry 0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 clove Garlic 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Combine soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and Sherry into a gallon size bag. Add the raw chicken and marinade for 4 to 8 hours. Grill the chicken for five minutes on both sides and cut to see if it’s completely done. Juices should run clear of the chicken. Serving Size: 4
