Potato soup, no fat, no animal products

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Rosemary, dried .5 tbsp Basil 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 serving Bragg Liquid Aminos - 1 TBSP (by TRAVELNISTA)
Directions
Cook everything but the potatoes until soft. Blend. Add the cut potatoes and cook until soft.

Serving Size: makes 4 quarts, or 8 2-cup servings
