1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 tbsp Curry spice 8 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 cup Coconut milk (light) 1 cup Vegetable Broth 1 cup Chick Peas 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 2 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 1.55 1tsp Canola Oil 15 grams Tomato Paste
Add oil
Cook aromatics till nicely carmalized (10 minutes)
Add spices
Add tomato paste
Add broth mikk potatoes tomato pepper zuccini
Simmer 25 minutes
Add chickpeas, peas heat through
