8 oz - Fresh Cod split into even portions½ cup - shredded Romaine Lettuce .6 oz - raw Celery 6 - Cherry Tomatoes ¼ cup - fresh Snow Peas1.4 oz - fresh Avacado4 - Mission Carb Balance Spinach Herb Soft Tortilla Wraps3 tbsp - Sour Cream 1½ tbsp - Kraft miracle whip regular 1 tbsp - A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tsp - Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning 1½ tbsp - Greek Style Yogurt1.8 oz - vari-colored Bell Pepper 1.4 oz - Red onions
Fish:
- light spray of olive oil
- sprinkle with adobo
- Bake at 375 in preheated oven for 35 minutes
Toppings:
- while fish is baking, shred/slice/chop veggies
Sauce:
- combine sour cream, yogurt, Miracle Whip, Lemon Juice, and sweet chili sauce in bowl and mix well
Prep:
- spread thin column of sauce down middle of each tortilla wrap
- arrange fish portion over sauce
- spread even ¼ of veggies over fish
- dribble remaining sauce over veggies
ENJOY!
Serving Size: Makes 4 tortilla wraps approximately 7" round
