3 apples1/2 teaspoon of butter1/2 teaspoon brown sugarground cinnamon1/8 cup of orange juice (optional)
Directions
peel core and cut apples into wedges place into baking pan dot with butter sprinkle apples with cinnamon and brown sugar add orange juice and bake at 375 degrees for thirty minutes

    My DH is lactose intolerant (and not particularly a healthy eater). I made these to go over angel food cake. He loved it. I didn't have orange juice so I used Black Cherry Fresca and also included blueberries and pears.

    Next time I will try with butter flavored pam as another review suggested. - 6/17/13
