Ingredients
3 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 cup Red Beets, slices 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 4 cup Veggie Broth(1 cup) (by LINDSEYDOBKIN) 10 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in large pot - add in all other ingredients and cook until tender. Simple and delicious. I cook red beets before adding them. Red beets can be chopped or grated. Enjoy
