Greek Style Orzo salad

Ingredients
8 oz Orzo, Barilla, uncooked 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup Athenian feta cheese traditional 3 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted 1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add orzo to boiling water
add salt and let it cook until al dente
in a separate bowl add chopped onion, pepper, celery and olives
mix vinegar and olive oil and add to the chopped vegetables
add feta cheese before serving
