4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 0.5 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 serving 2 Cherry Tomatoes 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Sauté onions ham and tomatoes and pan with butter. Cook until slightly brown. Stir together eggs and whip until smooth. Add eggs to the pan and cook until slightly brown and then toss eggs to cook bottom side. Add cheddar cheese and fold in half. Cook until done, add a slight amount of cheddar cheese on top and serve.
