Banana bran chocolate chip muffins

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 3 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Wheat bran, crude 0.25 cup Canola Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.75 cup Flour, white 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Salt 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 0.35 cup, chopped Walnuts
Preheat convection oven to 375 or regular oven to 400
Mix wet ingredients, with banana, beat with fork or whisk
Add brown sugar and bran, beat with fork
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet to dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
375 convection for 20 minutes
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Mix chopped walnuts with a little sugar and sprinkle on top of muffins before baking.
