Directions
Crumble and brown 1lb of plant base meat free ground. Add whole onion and get up. Drain any left over fat. Add 1 can (8oz) can tomato sauce and 1 cup of water and 1 (14.5) dice tomatoes. Add 1 can of red, kidney or pinto beans. Blend chili mix. Simmer 10 minutes or longer. You can also put this all in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hrs.
