Banana Oatmeal Pancakes for One

Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1/4 cup Quick Quaker Oats - Dry 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup fresh Blueberries1/2 cup fresh Raspberries
Directions
1. Mash 3/4 of the banana (keeping 1/4 to top your pancakes)
2. Mash in 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
3. Beat the egg and stir into the banana mixture
4. Stir in 1/4 cup Quaker Quick Oats
5. Lastly stir in 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Use Cooking Spray or a Non Stick Pan
Makes 6 (2 inch) pancakes - or "1" perfect serving
Top with the remaining 1/4 banana and the fresh Berries
