3 cup Tattooed Chef Organic Rice Cauliflower Stir Fry (by CLADAMS01) 1 cup Spinach, frozen 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Kirkland Real Egg 99% pure egg whites 1/4 cup 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
fry the veggies in canola oil.
beat the egg with egg whites and add to hot veggies. Add soy and sesame oil
Mix until eggs are cooked
