Gluten Free Classic Mini Waffles

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 3.50 tsp Baking Powder 1.25 cup Krusteaz Gluten Free Flour, All-Purpose 3 tsp Splenda Allulose 12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Preheat griddle to 375°F. Lightly grease pancake griddle. Melt butter.

In large mixing bowl, blend Krusteaz Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and melted butter; whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto griddle.

Cook pancakes 1 ½ minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.

Serving Size: makes 13 mini waffles
