Broccoli Salad with Buttermilk dressing

5 slices Bacon3 medium heads Broccoli, fresh4.0 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated8 oz Stop and Shop low fat Ranch salad dressing1 can (15.5 oz) Stop and Shop dark red kidney beans, drained
Finely chop bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy, stirring often to keep separated.
Drain and cool on a paper towel.
Chop the broccoli and toss with grated cheese, beans, half the bacon and ranch dressing.
Refrigerate until chilled, then sprinkle the remaining bacon on top and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings, approximately 2 cups each.
