Chile Verde Ribs

Ingredients
10 tomatillos5 serrano peppers1 garlic clove1 tbs chopped cilantro4 lbs of pork spare ribs Cut in small pieces.
Directions
On a large skille char the tomatillos and peppers until tender. Add them in to the blender alon with the garlic, peppers, water, and a pinch of salt for taste. Blend until all items are in liquid form. Set aside.

Spray a large sauce pan with Pam Cooking Spray. Turn your flame to medium heat and add ribs. Cook until brown on the outside. This usually takes about 30 minutes. Add the salsa and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.
