2 serving Great Value large eggs 1.75 cup GREAT VALUE Vitamin D Whole Milk (Red Label) 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (Great Value) (by FITALI10) 0.5 cup Whole Oat Groats, Arrowhead Mills, Uncooked (by ELEGANT_BABE) .5 cup Long Grain Brown Rice, dry (uncooked) (by MRSDUDLEY) 1.25 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 1.25 tbsp Chosen Foods Organic chia seeds 0.75 tsp Sea Salt-Hain Brand (by GRUMPYGRAMS) 1 tbsp Organic Raw Honey 3 tsp Baking Powder, Rumford Aluminum Free (by GREATNANA)
Put ingredients, except baking powder, in blender in order listed. Blend until smooth (Vitamix approx 2 minutes, regular blender approx 5-7 minutes). Pour into a bowl then whisk in baking powder or add baking powder and pulse blender to combine (but adding to blender may make it overflow!! Don't ask me how I know that!). Cook on well-greased griddle. Keep warm till ready to serve.
