Guacamole

Ingredients
4 medium avocados, mashed coarsely1/2 cup onion, finely chopped4 cloves garlic, minced1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves and small stems, finely chopped1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice1/2 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for several hours to meld flavors.

    Thanks - low calorie, healthy fat, and if you leave out the salt, really healthy. Good on toast with a sliced hard boiled egg.
