Smoked Salmon Flourless Quiche

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese 3 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 4 oz Walleye (fish) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 tbsp Organicville organic Ketchup -no sugar added - made with agave nectar (by EWEINHISPASTURE) 2 fl. oz Sherry, dry 3 dash Salt 3 dash Pepper, black 4 oz Cheese, Cabot Horseradish Cheddar 1 serving PAM - Olive Oil Cooking Spray (0.4 sec spray) (by DAWNSPILMAN)
Directions
1.) Add cream cheese, salmon, walleye, eggs, dill weed, sherry, ketchup, salt, & pepper to a vitamix or other strong blender.
2.) Spray regular size pie plate with olive oil
3.) Pour blended ingredients into pie pan
4.) Cook at 375F for 35 minutes
5.) Sprinkle with optional horseradish cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 8 lunch portions or 4 dinner portions
