Blue Elephant Green Curry with Bell Peppers and Onions

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips1/2 green bell pepper, cut in strips 1/2 small onion, sliced 1 bag of Blue Elephant Green Curry 1 cup water
Follow the directions on the curry package.
1. In a saucepan, add 1 pouch of curry sauce and 1/2 cup of water (I did 1 cup for a thinner curry) bring to a boil.
2. Add sliced chicken breast (I increased my recipe to a full pound rather the 12 ounces called for) or any protein of your choice. Add vegetables (of your choice).
3. Simmer until protein is cooked thoroughly.
4. Best served with Jasmine rice.
