Ingredients
3 Sunflower Seeds, without salt 14 Almonds 10 Walnuts 3 Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 3 gram(s) Watermelon seeds 10 gram Nut Harvest - Whole Cashews 5 gram Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seed 117 gram(s) Robusta - Cavandish Banana 150 mL Water, tap
Directions
Soak chia seeds overnight. Blend almonds with 50 ml water. Add walnuts, cashew and blend further adding 100 ml water. Add soaked chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and mix well with a tsp. Add more water to adjust the consistency to uit your requirement and mix well with a tsp.
