100 grams Steel Cut Oats, dry 10 gram(s) Green Chilli Pepper Fresh (by MONKEYNUT1562) 25 grams Sprouts Raw Peanuts (4 tbsp) (by MELPJP) 25 grams beans mung sprouted, raw 1c/104g 1 svg (by !RENEE) 100 gram(s) Sprouts for salad [chickpeas, lentils, alfalfa & jap radish] (by WORDLYSMITH) 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp asafoetida (hing) (by SHIRHPP) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 10 grams fresh red chilli (by MITCHY9)
Directions
Grind all the ingredients in a grinder and make a low consistency batter. Preheat a tawa in a cooking gas. Pour 1 laddle on the tawa .
