1 tsp Cumin seed 2 dash Salt 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1.25 cup Coconut, Unsweetened, grated 10 Green Chilli 0.25 tsp Spice:Black Mustard Seeds 2 eastern turmeric powder 500 grams Green Beans (snap)
Steps
1. Chop beans into small pieces steam cook it till tender. Keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and then add cumin seeds. Add turmeric and saute it.
3. In a blender or mixie, crush green chilly well.
4. Add crushed mixture to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes. Don't let it brown.
5. Then add chopped beans and enough salt and cook. Add grated coconut and cook stirring frequently till coconut looses the raw taste and color. Serve.
