Braised Red Cabbage with Apple

Ingredients
1.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. .5 serving Apple, Green, small 2 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard .25 tsp Cloves, ground 3 tsp Bacon grease 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup of water
Directions
Shred cabbage. Slice onions and green apple. Heat bacon grease in medium saucepan, toss in onions and saute until wilted. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for about a 30-45 minutes.
