No bake oatmeal protein bars

0.5 cup rolled oats great value walmart0.25 cup Honey2.0 tbsp Hannaford creamy peanut butter32.5 gram(s) body tech whey protein isolated peanutbutter powder3.0 tbsp pine nuts11.7 gram(s) fiber powder digestive health2.0 tbsp PB2 original peanut powder with cocoa0.25 cup chocolate chips wellsley BJ3.0 tbsp proactive chia
Place peanutbutter and honey in the microwave for 10-15 seconds ( until softened) mix together til smooth
Mix the oats, protein powder, PB2, fiber powder, together in a mixing bowl. Add the softened peanutbutter and honey mixture. Mix together thoroughly and evenly.
Mix in the chocolate chips. Place the entire mixture in an 8x8 inch cake pan. Cover with wax paper. Freeze fir about 20-30 minutes.
Cut into 12 small bars. Package in sandwich bags and take on the go
Note
You can use any flavor of protein powder
You could add chia seeds, dried fruit,(raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and a chopped up apple.
You could substitute maple syrup for honey.
