Garlic and Ginger Flank Steak

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Beef, flank steak2 cloves Garlic, minced1 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper1/3 cup Sherry1/4 cup low sodim Soy Sauce2 tbsp Canola Oil1.5 tbsp Lemon juice1 Tbsp Ginger Root, minced
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except Flank Steak and pour into a large ziplock bag.
2. With a sharp knife score the steak and add to zip lock bag.
3. Close to seal bag removing a much air as possible.
4. Marinate in refrigeratro for 4-5 hours.
5. Grill on medium heat barbecue until meduim or medium rare (best for flavour and tenderness).
