Reduced yolk Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 large Hard Boiled Egg 4 serving Egg white, large 3 tbsp Best Foods Light Mayo 3 tsp Dijon Mustard Suggested spices:Salt substitutePepperOnion PowderPaprika Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Boil 8 eggs, peel and halve the eggs. Remove half of the yolks (4) and save for another use. Chop remaining 4 eggs and 4 egg yolks well. Add mayo and dijon and mix well. Add desired seasonings to taste.
