Bran Muffins w/ Applesauce - Version2

Ingredients
1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 3/8 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 C Blue Berries, Fresh1/4 cup Canola Oil 1 serving Liquid Egg Product (3 tbsp) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Salt 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Natural Wheat Bran3 tbsp Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Grease/spray your muffin pan(s).
Combine the first 7 ingredients (thru salt) in a large bowl. Add remaining dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix together with the almond milk. Let rest a couple of minutes. Use an ice cream scoop, to get uniform sized muffins. Bake 15-17 minutes. (Test with a toothpick)

    I make muffins with applesauce and they turn out great. Can't use the flours but use other ones and love them. - 6/24/21
