6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded16.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Brown sausage then drain fat
Whisk eggs / salt and pepper to taste
Combine sausage eggs and .25 cup cheese in casserol dish
Top with remains cheese and back on 325 until eggs rise and top is golden brown.
