1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 16 oz Ground beef, lean .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup Tomato Sauce 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Rice, Minute Rice, Whole Grain, Brown Rice 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
cook hamburger, onion, green pepper, garlic till no longer pink, add cabbage and cook till tender. meantime cook rice and add to mixture with rest of ingredients
