Ingredients
500 gram(s) Beef mince (lean, Sainsburys British Beef) (by NOME__) 17 oz Beans, Red Kidney Beans (Happy Harvest) 400 gram(s) Napoli chopped tomatoe tinned (by SLIMBABYPUMA) 200 grams Onions, raw 360 grams Mushrooms, fresh 150 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 10 gram(s) Chiltern Cold Pressed Infused Rapeseed Oil - Oak Smoked (by CD5163701)
Directions
1. Heat oil
2. add cube garlic and ginger
3. Fry onions
4. Add beef and let that cook down
5. Include fajita seasoning
6. Add mushroom and peppers - let that cook right down
7. Add in kidney beans (wash before cooking)
8. Add whole tin tomato and half tin of water and reduce
