1.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry1.0 tsp Salt1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and fried it in the pan without oil and when it is slightly brown you can serve and eat it.
