Vegan Mocha Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 cup kirkland oat milk non-dairy beverage (720 grams)110 grams Granulated Sugar 30 grams Canola Oil 45 grams Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp coffee, instant, decaf1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened 0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum
Directions
Warm milk in microwave, then transfer to blender container.
Stir in sugar to dissolve.
Add the oils, letting the coconut oil melt.
Add remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for two minutes.
Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Churn in ice cream maker 15-20 minutes, then freeze in 5 cup+ container for at least two hours to firm.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings, 100 grams each (about 1/2 cup)
