Green Goddess Gazpacho

Ingredients
16 oz V8 Healthy Greens 2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 pepper Jalapeno without seeds1/2 Lemons juiced and zested1 clove Garlic 3 Tbsp Dill weed, fresh 6 tsp White Wine Vinegar or apple cider vinegar1 cup greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm) 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend all except for 1/2 cucumber. Dice the remaining cucubmer to mix in for crunch. Serve!
