Ingredients
2 cup Leeks 300 gram(s) Potato - Plain Baked Russet Potato 3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Bone Broth Chicken 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken bouillon
Directions
Melt butter, sautéed leeks until soft. Add potatoes and coat. Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Blend with immersion blender until smooth.
