arie's lentil and rice indian delight

Ingredients
3.5 cup Lentils, cooked 4 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 4.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Vegetable Broth1 tbs minced garlic 1 tsp curry poweder1 tsp gram marsalafew dashes of paprikafew dashes chili powderspices arent exact, feel free to sprinkle in extra.
Directions
1. cook the brown rice
2. dice onion
3. heat pan on medium-high, throw in onion and garlic. cook about 5 minutes until onions clear and garlic a little brown
4. add in spices!
5. throw in diced tomatoes with the juice
6. add veggie broth
7. turn to high and boil for 5-10 minutes. let flavors marry.

divide rice into 4 1-cup servings.
top evenly with pot of stuff
