Crock Pot White Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast1 can diced tomatoes w/green chilies4 cloves garlic5 leaves oregano2 cups fat free chicken broth4 cups water16 oz. great northern beans1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. hot sauce1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 Tbs. flour
Directions
In large sauce pan sautee chicken until no longer pink. Put all ingredients (except sour cream and flour) into crockpot on high until it boils then turn down to low. Shortly before serving add sour cream and flour and stir in well.

    You can lower the sodium by using dried beans and soaking overnight. This would probably also be good with chunks of ham or (cooked) bacon although I haven't tried that (pemeal may be a lower fat alt). - 8/8/10
