Ingredients
Place the following ingredients into a blender:1-28 oz Whole Tomatoes, Canned(Canned Diced Tomatoes will create a richer-thicker sauce)1.5 cups Red Onion (about 1/3-1/2 average size onion)4 tbls Minced Garlic (don't be afraid to pour in the garlic: use pre-minced garlic, about 2 heaping spoon-fulls)12 sprigs Fresh Cilantro4 Jalapenos (may substitute 2 jalapeno, 1 serrano, and 1 habenero for 3-fire sauce)1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 pinch Black Pepper2 tsp Chili Pepper1 tsp CuminBlend until even consistency.Pour into bowl and enjoy! Great on eggs, with baked chips, or with your favorite mexican dish.Makes 32 ounces of Salsa.
