Mississippi Mud Pie

1.5 c flour.75 c butter1/2 c slivered almonds (optional)1 (8oz) cream cheese (light)1c. powered sugar1 lg instant chocolate pudding1 lg butterscotch or vanilla instant puddingmilk1 (8oz) coll whip (light)grated chocolate bar
Cut butter into flour and pat into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool compleatly. Mix cream cheese and powered sugar together. Add 1 c cool whip and fold in. Spread over crust. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Mix chocolate pudding with 2 c. of milk and pour over cream cheese mix. Regerate until firm. Mix butterscotch with 2 c. milk and pour over chocolate mix. Frost with remaing cool whip and grate chocolate bar over top for presentation. Keep refergeated until ready to serve. Serves 12 big pieces or 15 smaller ones.
