Ingredients
2.5 c flour0.5 c cornmeal1 t (dried) oregano)1 T (baking powder)0.25 c Splenda1 can Campbell's condensed cheddar soup1.5 cups grated zucchini/squash0.5 c non-fat milk3 egg whites0.25 c unsweeted applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add wet to dry and mix until moistened. Use non-stick spray on muffin pans (regular size). Makes 16 muffins.
