Ingredients
# Salt, 1 tsp # Sugar, 1 tsp # Yeast, dry, 0.3 ounce (1 pack)# Flour, whole grain, 1 cup # Wheat bran, crude, 1.25 cup # Water, tap, 1.5 cup
Directions
Mix all dry ingerdients in a bowl and add lukewarm water. Let rest for 30 min. Make 10 dough balls. Bake in oven at 250 °C (= 480° F) for apprx. 8 min.
