1 cup Baking Splenda1/3 cup Butter2 cups Flour2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Salt1 cup Milk2 cups fresh/frozen Blackberries2 cups boiling water
Makes 2 pies
Preheat oven to 350 F
Spray 2 pie tins with cooking spray
In large bowl, cream 1/2 cup Splenda and butter.
Add flour, baking posder, salt, and milk.
Mix well.
Layer dough into 2 pie tins, spreading so it covers the bottom and sides.
Mix berries with remaining 1/2 cup Splenda
Pour berry mixture evenly into pie tins
Pour boiling water evenly on top of the pies
Immediatly set in oven
Bake @ 350 F for 45-55 min, or until golden brown
