2 yellow onions5 white potatoes4 celery stalks1 green pepper1 medium zucchini2-8oz cans tomato saucefresh basilcanola oilsaltaccentgarlic powderoregano
cut up onion, peeled potatoes, green pepper, and celery.
fry in canola oil, add fresh basil, and cook until browned.
Add sauce, swish some water in the tomato sauce cans and also pour into the mixture.
Add zucchini, and seasonings (lotsa garlic, and salt).
Cover and let simmer for about an hour, until potatoes are cooked.
