Tuna Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Chunk Light Tuna in water, 4 ozOrganic Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, 12 oz boxFat Free Mayonnaise, 2 tbspSweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbspWalla Walla Sweet Onion, .5 largeCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cook pasta to al dente stage. Drain and put into a large mixing bowl. Cover and place the bowl in the refrigerator to cool.

While pasta is cooling, chop onion and celery fine. Drain tuna can. Remove pasta from refrigerator after about 15 minutes and mix in the chopped onion, celery, tuna, mayonnaise, and pickle relish.

Keep cool in refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve. Serve with grapes and watermelon on the side for a refreshing summer meal.
