Mediterranean Sauteed spinach

Ingredients
1 10 package fresh spinach1 onion, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil1 oz lemon juice
Directions
In wok or wok shaped skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and saute until partially clear, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic cloves. Add spinach and sautee until wilted. Drizzle lemon juice over spinach and quickly stir. Remove from heat... eat and enjoy!
