Low Fat Italian Chicken casserole

Ingredients
Chicken (boneless breast, drumsticks, etc.)Shake 'n Bake, breadcrumbs or cornflake crumbsDiced tomatoes with liquid (Italian style)Zucchini - cubedParmesan cheese
Directions
Mix tomatoes & zucchini in baking pan.
Shake chicken in bag with crumbs and place on top.
Sprinkle with parmesan.
Cook @ 375 degrees for approx. 40 min.
